Jenny Nguyen, at just 29, is making a splash in the beauty industry by selling her unique nail art for up to $500.
As the owner of JennPaintt Nail Lounge in Los Angeles, she caters to both celebrities and the public, offering services ranging from manicures to eyelash extensions.
Her specialty is nail art. Using a mix of gel paint, polish, gemstones, and stickers, Nguyen crafts stunning designs like clouds or spring flowers that last about two to three weeks.
Her clientele includes big names like Paris Hilton and Hailey Bieber, and her work has been featured in ads for Apple, Converse, and Chanel.
In 2022, Nguyen’s salon earned over $600,000, a figure she expects to exceed in 2023 due to her growing customer base.
Nguyen initially pursued education at Hofstra University but left to financially support her family.
Moving from New York to Los Angeles in 2019, she switched from teaching to entrepreneurship, driven by her competitive nature and desire for independence. During the pandemic, inspired by Instagram, she ventured into nail art.
